Daniel Legall is a technology strategy consultant who works with boards, CEOs, CIOs and senior leaders across SMB and mid-market organizations. He helps them decide what to do with technology, then helps them do it: AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation and the infrastructure underneath. That judgment comes from a decade running the systems he now advises on.
His background spans 10+ years of hands-on technology leadership across Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guyana, USA, and the wider Caribbean and LATAM region. He uses AI tools daily in his own consulting practice and helps organizations adopt them with governance built in from the start.

The Government of Bermuda's core network carried Fire, Police, Immigration, Customs, Finance and Parliament, and it was failing. As Lead Architect I re-platformed 60+ sites across 12+ ministries and migrated them live, service by service, with no sustained outage.

ATN International had four markets, rising customer demand for security services, and no group-wide capability to deliver them. I architected one from zero, and it became both the group's security backbone and a revenue line.

A four-market carrier faced attacks far larger than anything it could absorb. Rather than build scrubbing capacity, I paired Cloudflare's global network with a Kentik control plane we owned, then turned the protection into a multi-tenant service customers could buy.
